planned or unplanned, babies definitely take financial planning. and I don’t want getting these milestone captured feel like they’re crushing your wallet or stopping you from celebrating and getting photographs of your little one. the baby bundle comes with a payment plan, pay what you can when you can, before the final session. *let's chat*

 

there's no set time limit, around 30 minutes. but it's baby-lead! I'd rather support you in a calm session, than attempt to compromise with a baby. You won't catch me checking my watch if your baby is fussing, I'll take a seat, chat with the two of you and help where I can.

RESCHEDULING: it happens. I've learned throughout the years not to fight Mother Nature, and that I am known for my "glowy, light" photos. I will always give you my best advice when it comes to weather and lighting situations. Light plays a VERY large part in your portraits and I will always guide you to the decision that will get you the best results. 

 

DELIVERY: I deliver all of my portraits through an online gallery to the email provided when booking. Download portraits to your own desktop immediately as I do not store portraits for you. Ivylane will hold portraits for 30 days. Within that time frame, if there are any grievances, concerns, or edits, client must notify Ivylane within that timeframe otherwise Ivylane is null of responsibilities. 

 

Payment: Payment is due the same day. CASH or ZELLE only. 

 

In any case that one may be disappointed with their portraits, I will offer a guaranteed reshoot at the same location as the precious at the soonest that I am available. However I will not issue a refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving the photos if you are not in love with them. If one does not contact me within 30 days, a re-shoot will not be given.
